Body

Body is a special gift
But taken for granted
Made a slave by the mind
When abused boomerangs on the mind
And..
Age may tone down
Both body and mind
But the intelligence when nurtured
Will guide us in the knowledge that
Change is but inevitable
Eventually..
Where it came from
It will head right back there
But stays a faithful companion
In this journey of life
So..
Let's respect our body like divinity
Treat it with dignity
Listen to it in silence
Respond to it by speaking its language
Let's love our body like our life
It began with life, Ends with life
And made us believe for a long time
while the intelligence slept
That it is "I" :-)
